Conceptual building plans are reviewed and finalized to your satisfaction, budgets are formulated, and together construction strategies, labor, and materials are all chosen through our utilizing value engineering. The fulfillment of the responsibilities of government agencies is overseen, and timetables involving all partners are set.

Design development includes final project scope, revised budgets, schedule refinement,  additional construction studies and another phase of value engineering. Final documents are prepared for submission to building department, subcontractor solicitation, preparation of final estimates and budget for contract and final schedule. Planning, coordination, and partnership is critical to having a solid working plan. All of these facets addressed adequately enable a successful on time and budget project delivery system.
