CLOSE OUT AND MOVE-IN | PHASE 5

During the close-out and occupancy phase, many items require attention to ensure a smooth transition to a fully functional facility and operation. Upon obtaining Certificate of Occupancy transferring the facility operation to the owner or appointed personnel requires planning and training. The turnover package consists of; as-built plans, owner manuals, videos, and warranties. Hands-on training is imperative and important to the overall transition.
