Maitland, FL (September 15, 2017) – Birchmier Construction Incorporated, a 25 year old commercial general contractor that services the state of Florida, is finalizing the ground up construction on a 5,580 square foot CareNow urgent care clinic with an adjoining 1,689 square foot AT&T retail outlet on an out parcel in front of the Target Super Center on a University Boulevard and North Goldenrod in Winter Park, FL. Additionally, the firm recently began the build out of one CareNow’s first Jacksonville clinics, located at the Markets at Town Center.
With more than 80 clinics around the United States, CareNow joins the list of medical office clients that BCI has served, including Adventus Bio Laboratory, SOAR (Sports Orthopedics And Regenerative) Medicine clinic, Schmitt Prosthodontics, Winter Springs Medical Center, Axium Health Care, Kreiger Periodontics and American Renal Associates, who operate 217 dialysis clinics in 25 states. In mid-October, American Renal is preparing to open their newest location, another Birchmier ground-up project, in Sebastian, FL.
